Video: Ford F-150 Lightning Custom-Made By Pioneer Ford In Georgia

A Ford dealer located in Georgia made the move that the Ford Motor Company  was scared to do; build a new Ford F-150 Lightning. All upgraded parts come from Roush Performance, therefore the truck and the parts come with an authorized warranty from the dealer. The Lightning, for those old enough to remember, was a production street performance truck from a couple decades ago. Fast-forward to this decade and the Ford Company has decided to focus all the attention on the off-road beast, the Ford F-150 Raptor, leaving much to be desired in the street performance department. The dealer, known as Pioneer Ford, deserves a round of applause for the work they put into transforming the very ordinary Ford F-150 XL into an SVT Lightning for 2017. Check out the video below:

This new SVT Lightning comes with a yummy 5.0 V8 which packs 650 horses, all of which goes to the rear wheels. This can best be described as a road-going hot rod pickup. Chiming in at a fair $50k, it will most definitely put a big smile on your face.
