Shelby Debuts the Terlingua Mustang
Paying homage to the Terlingua Racing Team of the 1960s, managed and founded by Carroll Shelby and Bill Neale. The Mustang will come packed with a whopping 750HP. This latest special edition is built as a tribute to the Terlingua Racing Team and their 1967 Trans Am Championship. The Shelby will utilize the S550 chassis, with only 50 units too be put into production. The Terlingua Racing Team Mustang will come with a Whipple supercharger, Shelby-by-Eibach sway bar and adjustable coilers. The Ford Performance upgrades list includes half-shafts, a short-throw shifter, and Borla exhaust with black tips.
On the feet, a Brembo Big Brake kit is sheltered behind a set of 20-inch Weld Racing wheels. As expected, there will be excessive use of Shelby-Designed carbon-fiber body parts. Each Terlingua model will feature an autograph plaque of Carroll Shelby, Bill Neale and Jerry Titus – the 67 Trans Am Champion winning driver. Prices for the Shelby Terlingua will start from $65,999.
